Stevens is excited to announce an open position for an office assistant. Applicant will have a background in general office administration, marketing, and assisting accountant with bookkeeping tasks. In other words, this position will wear many hats in the organization. Duties: • Provide administrative support services including preparing and editing documents, data entry, copying, scanning, answering and directing telephone calls, sorting and sending mail, and general office organization. • Assist project managers with project scheduling and prepare bid tabulations, pay requests, specifications, construction contracts, and project close out documentation. • Create databases related to clients, projects design information, etc. • Communicate with design team and clients. • Compile submittals and O&M manuals for client’s review.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing, in English. • Very Detail-Oriented • Must be able to keep client/business matters strictly confidential. • Must have high proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite. (Styles, Macros, Document formatting, etc) • Ability to multitask and work alone or with team members to accomplish goals. • Ability to manage and perform business and project management functions to assist team.
